General refund policy
We ask that you please carefully evaluate before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong election.
The two lists below outline your rights to a refund:
You are entitled to uninstall+deactivate the software and ask for a refund, either if:
- The software have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
- The software is not the same as the description provided on our official website;
- The activated version does not work as the evaluation version from our official website did;
- The software was installed and used in evaluation mode (to make sure it was running without problems);
- A supported feature is not working and customer support was not able to give a solution within 48 hours;
- You were charged twice or more for a single item.
You are not entitled for a refund either if you:
- Simply change your mind or no longer want the software;
- Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere or even in our same website(price promotions on our website may come at anytime without previous notice);
- Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase;
- Were responsible for causing the fault;
- Claim the software not to work over any modified/upgraded environment different from your stock/factory configuration;
- Noticed that a price promotion was launched after your purchase.
