You can report issues or request help directly from your phone. It is recommended that you do so because this way we can get your setup details right away and save time in assisting you.
1. If you don't have a direct internet connection from your phone, plug your phone to your PC vie the USB cord.
2. On your phone, go to Start > Programs > PocketShield
3. You will see the settings screen, follow as shown below:
* If no internet access at the moment, no problem: the message will be saved upon "Send" is pressed, so you can return back at any moment and send it when a connection is available to you.
